Membership is required per student and will be charged automatically at the time of registration. MEMBERSHIP RENEWS ANNUALLY EVERY NEW DANCE SEASON ON APRIL 17TH. There are no refunds or credit transfers after membership has been paid. NO EXCEPTIONS.
Tuition is based on a 55-minute class. Autopay is an automatic deduction from your checking account or credit card and is required for all monthly tuition payments. Full tuition will be automatically deducted on the 3rd of each month regardless of attendance. A debit or credit card (Visa or MasterCard only) must be saved on file and used for autopay. There are no refunds or credit transfers after tuition has been paid. NO EXCEPTIONS.

Please note, if your tuition is unable to be processed on the 3rd of the month, you will receive a statement via email. If tuition is still unpaid by the 7th of the month, you will receive a text and another notice via email. If tuition is still outstanding by the 10th of the month, we will automatically process your payment again with a $20.00 late fee. If the outstanding tuition is not paid by the 15th of the month, the student will be withdrawn from the school.
We are proud to be an approved ESA vendor and now accept tuition payments through Class Wallet. Please note, a 2% service fee will be added to your monthly tuition to cover Class Wallet processing fees.
To switch your payment method to Class Wallet, please contact our Customer Care Team at
623-932-1342. If we are not contacted, tuition will continue to be processed on the 3rd of each month using your current payment method.
When registering, please select “ESA Account” as your registration source. This will prevent your account from being automatically charged for the Membership Fee and Tuition through our standard billing system.
You will receive a statement via email for the Membership Fee and Tuition. Payment must be submitted through Class Wallet within 48 hours to secure your spot in class. Failure to do so will result in removal from your registered classes.
