All students in our Showtime Kids dance programs for ages 3 and up, have the opportunity to perform in our annual dance production held in June each year. Information packets are available in early September and include costume prices, show dates, class pictures and other important details. Notice: Please note that dates, locations, and other items are SUBJECT TO CHANGE. 

Due to the many strict deadlines we have in the Spring with regards to costume arrivals, costume distribution, class & individual picture days, picture purchasing day, program book layout, proofing, editing and printing we collect costume money in late October. This will enable us to order our costumes before the thousands of other dance studios across the country and help with our other deadlines.

Even though the June production is at the end of our dance year, we have to plan ahead and order costumes while we are still working on our December event. We understand it could be confusing to receive all of this information at the same time. However, it’s important to us that we give out the information in a timely manner, so that our families can plan accordingly.

Make sure you have the following items when turning in your PERMISSION SLIP:

• The full payment for costumes. There are NO REFUNDS. 

• All Measurements and chosen size are on the permission slip. 

• Form must be filled out completely and signed by a parent/guardian.

Dress Rehearsal is the opportunity for dancers to become acquainted with the stage, lights, audience, and backstage area. It is also a chance for them to practice on the stage with their costumes. All dancers need to have their hair and makeup done for dress rehearsal as if it were their real performance. This gives the teachers the opportunity to make any necessary changes before show time.

During this time, we will take group and individual pictures of our classes and dancers.

Your child’s SPECIFIC DAYS & TIMES for their Dress Rehearsal(s) and Recital Performance(s) will be announced and posted online.

In October, at the beginning of your dancer’s class day/time, we will be holding a 15-minute meeting to talk to parents about the recital, costume measuring and purchasing. 

Before the June recital, we designate a week in May to conduct mandatory parent meetings during dance classes. Important information is given out and discussed. 

January - March for orders placed in October.

We will have Priority Sales for registered families and Open Sales for the general public.
