REGISTRATION FOR THE 2019-2020 DANCE SEASON
Register at the Office during our regular hours:
Mon.-Thurs. 10:00 a.m. - 9:00 p.m., Fri. 10:00 a.m. - 7:30 p.m., Sat. 8:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m.
Registration is on a first come, first served basis. Have a list of the different days/times of the classes you are looking for. Be prepared with alternative days/times because classes do fill up and close.
In order to reserve your place in our classes, we will need the following:
A. New Registration Form (New Families Only)
B. Registration Fee (non-refundable); Payable by cash, debit or credit card only.
New Dancer $35.00 Returning Dancer $25.00
C. Card holder must be present to setup autopay using a debit or credit card only.
Tuition will be automatically deducted on the 3rd of each month, from your debit or credit card, regardless of attendance. WE ACCEPT VISA OR MASTERCARD. NO CHECKS.
If debit/credit card is unable to be processed on the 3rd of the month, there will be a 30% late fee. If outstanding tuition is not paid by the 15th of the month, student will be withdrawn from the school. Depending on the availability of classes, student may re-enroll.
Tuition for the entire dance season can be paid in full. Families who pay tuition for the full dance season will receive a 5% discount. If you choose this option, you will not be required to setup autopay.
If your child has to withdraw from the school, we will refund the remaining balance with an adjusted amount. There will be a two month tuition surcharge in order to replace your child in the classes we had reserved for them for the dance season.
